How we handle your information.

Information we collect

The interest form asks for your name, email address, ZIP code, optional neighborhood, reason for seeking training, optional written comments, current water-confidence level, schedule preference, price reaction, and permission to send launch updates. We may also receive the page you visited, referring page, and campaign tags included in the link you used. Update emails are optional. Please do not include medical or other sensitive details.

Optional analytics and browser storage

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures page visits and form activity without receiving your name, email, ZIP code, or written answers from us. Advertising features are disabled. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page. If that control is absent, Google Analytics is not enabled.

We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. Campaign tags and the referring website are kept in session storage so a visit to the privacy page does not lose the source of your interest response. We do not store your form answers in browser storage. Hosting and Formspree may keep technical logs to operate and protect their services.

How we use it

We use this information to measure demand, plan Albuquerque locations and schedules, evaluate pricing, improve campaign messaging, answer questions, and contact people who requested launch updates. Submitting the form does not enroll you, charge you, or create a purchase commitment.

Service providers

Formspree processes interest-form submissions on our behalf. Hosting, analytics, and email providers may process limited technical information needed to operate the campaign, measure visits, prevent abuse, and deliver messages. We do not sell personal information or add it to unrelated marketing lists.

Retention and your choices

We keep campaign information only as long as it remains useful for launch planning, requested updates, recordkeeping, and protecting the site. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your response, or stop future updates, by emailing us. We may retain limited information when needed for security, legal compliance, or documenting a completed request.

Security and age

We use reasonable safeguards and established service providers, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. This campaign and its interest form are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly request information directly from children.
